What is Coaching?

So often we ask others for advice without realizing we’re asking them to provide us with directions to places they’ve never been. This is your journey.  Coaching isn’t consulting, mentoring, therapy, counseling, or just someone giving you their best advice.  It’s an empowering alliance that looks at where you are, where you want to be, and helps you tap into your power.

Coaching Services Available:

Through our sessions we’ll co-create a course of action to help you start where you are and take you to where you want to be, providing you with ample resources and practices throughout your journey.

My standard coaching package includes four one-hour sessions per month with a six-month minimum commitment. (Change, as much as we don’t want it to, takes time.) To figure out what coaching package works best for you, let’s get a sample session on the calendar.

Typically, the unknown is where possibility lives.  It’s also what we don’t like, and even more so…what we fear. In this workshop you’ll discover how fear is at the center of how most everyone goes through life, and how it keeps us chasing the next goal, the next vacation… always “the next” thing. You’ll also discover a different – more empowering – place to come from other than fear.  A place where there is no more chasing. A place that will not only impact your business, but your entire life. (Max group size: 16 participants)

Coaching is a partnership, so before booking anything it’s important to find out if we’d make a good match.  Click below to book your sample session today!

Hey, sister.

Sharing is caring. That's why I put out a Sunday newsletter sharing my 4Bs Before Monday: a book recommendation; a breakthrough (often reached via some sort of breakdown); a bomb-ass discovery (recipe, product, podcast, local hangout, etc.); and a bold declaration for the week. I call this my Sunday Share Chair, and I'd love to share it with you!
