Wake up the power thatโs already within you.
The biggest mistake I see people makeโฆ
is that they start searching ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ต๐ด๐ช๐ฅ๐ฆ of themselves for that one solution to solve their problems, only soon after to find themselves looking for a new solution when the previous one didnโt work.

Iโve been there too. Itโs easy to get caught in the hamster wheel of products and courses and cute Pinterest quotes that leave us temporarily empowered...but inevitably empty.
What I offer isnโt consulting, mentoring, therapy, or counseling.
It isnโt babysitting or a cracking of whips, nor is it me telling you how to live your life.
What I do offer is partnership.
Life Coaching For Women In Falls Church,Virginia
I believe all of those what-ifs floating around in the back of your mind are not only possible, but gifts the world needs from you.
It is your responsibility to live a life where you fulfill your personal and professional potential because the world will be better for it.
So let me help you make that happen.
Letโs establish a powerful, un-biased, no BS alliance that assesses where you are, where you want to be, and supports you in closing that gap by tapping into the power already within you.
From there weโll co-create a course of action to not only bring your what-ifs to live, but weโll also partner in what to do when your fear tells you it isnโt possible.
And weโll do it together.

THERAPY involves a past-based conversation that address a wound that needs healing. Youโll hear words like โbrokenโ and โproblemโ and questions like: โHow do you feel?โ
COACHING involves present to future-based conversation that addresses the client as a whole and complete human being as is. Youโll hear words like โgapโ and โmissingโ and questions like: โWhat do you choose?โ

CONSULTING is advice-giving from someone who is an expert. It promotes an external power source saying: โHereโs how I did it!โ
COACHING is trusting the client as the expert as the coach is simply holding up a mirror to reflect that back to them. It promotes an internal power source asking powerful questions, such as: โWhatโs your next move?โ

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as โpartnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.โ
What People Are Saying:
โWithout a doubt, working with Meghan was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Our journey together started because of my feelings of "being stuck" and not knowing the direction to go in next for my career, but our time together has helped shape my view of not only my career, but my health, my relationships, friendships, and just life in general.
I don't believe it is a coincidence that AFTER working with Meghan, I found the love of my life whom I will marry next year. I know without a doubt, I was finally able to find the right person for me because I was the best version of myself when we met and I could finally SEE what I wanted and needed.
Working with Meghan forever changed me, and I'm incredibly grateful for her and our time together. IF you are on the fence, please just take a leap of faith. This will be the best investment in yourself that you will ever make.โ

โMeghan is incredible and an expert in her profession. I came to her vulnerable, open, and with frustration. I was feeling stuck and feeling like I was hitting a wall when it came to creating content or creativity in my business. I knew I needed help but I just didn't know how to get back on track. I could see the traction slipping, clients falling behind, and over all a down hill spiral happening.
I met Meghan at the perfect time in my career and she set me back on fire. I leave our conversations feeling empowered, full of energy, and ready to do the damn thing! Her technique is powerful and she somehow has a way of getting your true intention out in the open.โ
- Priscilla, Personal Trainer
โEvery time when I'm working on one of my different responsibilities and I feel frustrated or stuck again, I hear her voice in my head! She's an amazing coach and will help you move forward to whatever you do without any kind of judgment whatsoever.
I highly highly recommend working with Meghan - it'll be one of the best things you can do for yourself!โ
- Maxi, Health Consultant
โWhen I first sought out coaching, I was in a successful career but felt trapped in a cycle of too much to do all the time, plus I I had found the joy and fulfillment of what I was doing disappearing from my life. I did not have enough time with my family and much of the time I did have, I felt distracted and preoccupied. I was generally getting more and more dissatisfied. My experience with life seemed to be turning quickly from an inconvenience to a nuisance to a full blown existential crisis. My health and mental well being was suffering and it was not getting any better no matter how hard I tried to solve it.
I didn't know exactly what to expect when signing up for coaching, but this has exceeded any expectation I might have come up with. Right from the first phone call back in November of 2019 it was clear that the work with Meghan would be much more than helping me achieve a series of "to-do" lists and get me a little more free time. Instead, Meghan has led me to a place where I can really tap into a dormant boldness, optimism and creativity that I felt might have been lost. I have, since we started working together, quit my job (in the middle of a pandemic, no less!), and started an already financially solvent company based on a dream that I have had for a long time. Two weeks ago I made an agreement with my first employee - a year ahead of my expectations.
Even though never specifically or directly a topic of our discussions, my relationship with my wife has seemed to enter into a new phase of exploration of each other and what used to seem like far away hopes and dreams are becoming real life experiences for us. My wife has remarked several times that she has seen a marked and welcome difference in my attention, openness, humor and mood.
I have connected with a sense of confidence based on who I know I am rather than things I achieve or what others see me do. I have experienced things that I thought were impossible coming to fruition, and usually much faster than I would expect. I still find myself over-busy some of the time, but am more able to carve out space just to see what will happen. I am slowly, as the evidence mounts, coming to believe that there is a source of potential in life waiting to be tapped, and that a life well lived is a win-win situation for all, not a zero sum game with winners and losers. My life is changing from a chore to a playground of exploration.
Most of the problems that I brought with me to that first coaching call have been resolved or are on the way to being resolved. However, I keep working with Meghan because I am really excited to see what else can happen as I continue to explore and work on leading with my heart.
If you are considering partnering with Meghan, here is some advice: Keep an open mind. Lean in hard to the suggested activities even if, especially if, it seems way outside of your comfort zone. Be rigorously honest and say what is on your mind. Meghan does not seem to have a judgmental bone in her body and being open about your fears, resentments, worries and insecurities is critical to getting them out of your way. When she suggests something and you have a really strong reaction against doing it -- it is really important to do. Don't expect anything, just trust the process. If I aimed only for what I thought I wanted initially I would have been letting myself down.โ

Still on the fence?
Trust me, I get it.
The coaching industry is still in it's infancy compared to other professions. It's unregulated, over-saturated, and nebulous.
It's also the support structure that might get you into action for real.
