Ep.003 - Drop The Act: Be Authentically You Everywhere with Britt Sulkin

If you're one of those people who likes to avoid conflict, you likely morph yourself in an effort to please others. You put on a mask to match the environment. You perform the show you think the moment or audience needs.

And maybe you're tired of pretending to be someone you're not.

Britt Sulkin has been there, done that, and gotten the t-shirt. With a background in theatre, she has lots of experience turning on the show. And it worked for her! Until it didn't. Now, Britt is embracing unapologetic authenticity everywhere in her life, and is calling others forth to turn their sparkle all the way up.

On this episode of May We Know Them, Britt shares her story. She distinguishes the difference between authentically acting and acting authentically, as well as what happened when she put down performance.

In true Strong Woman fashion, we created space not only for you to see, but to be seen! The first half of the event is Britt's story, and the second half is our live audience sharing what jumped out at them. Let's continue this conversation about what matters.

In this episode we also mention the coach training program in which Britt and I both took part. (It's where we met!). More info on that at www.accomplishmentcoaching.com
